He holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA with dual specialization in Marketing and Finance. A recipient of the Bronze Medal for academic distinction, Dr. Bansal exemplifies excellence in both theoretical understanding and practical application of business principles.

His core expertise spans Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and the Retail Industry. He has enhanced his academic and professional credentials through numerous certifications, including NPTEL courses in Digital Marketing, Marketing Research, and Marketing Management, as well as Google Digital Unlocked, SEBI’s NISM Investor Awareness Examination, Google Ads Search, Mendeley (Elsevier Certified Advisor), and LinkedIn Learning.

Dr. Bansal has been recognized with the prestigious Teacher Excellence Award 2023 by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has demonstrated innovation through three patent applications.
