Anuj Shakya

Dr. Anuj Shakya is currently serving as Assistant Professor (Entomology) in the Department of Agriculture at Invertis University, Bareilly, U.P., with over 3.5 years of teaching experience. He completed his B.Sc. (Ag.) from Janta Mahavidyalaya, Ajitmal, Auraiya, affiliated with C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur, followed by an M.Sc. (Ag.) in Entomology from ANDUA&T, Kumarganj, Ayodhya, and a Ph.D. (Ag.) in Entomology from CSAUA&T, Kanpur. He has qualified the ASRB National Eligibility Test (NET) four times (2018, 2019, 2021, 2023). Dr. Shakya has authored 13 national and 3 international research publications, 6 book chapters, and 16 popular articles. He is a life member of the Society for World Environment, Food and Technology (SWEFT), and has received several accolades including the Best PG Thesis Award, Best Poster Presentation Award (2021), Young Scholar Award (2019), and Young Entomologist Award (2021). He has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, webinars, faculty development programs (FDPs), and training sessions, contributing significantly to academic and professional growth in the field of entomology.
