Department of Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering conducted a webinar to benefit its students through video conferencing.

This guest lecture was addressed by Mr. Vinay Krishna Sharma, Trainer at Sheetal Creations, Human Robot Interaction Researcher, Ph.D. Scholar, IISc Bangalore.

The topic he delivered was Robotics & Artificial Intelligence, a prominent research area in recent times. He started with the robotics fundamentals. He discussed the evolution of robotics and the need of it in the industries as well as in our daily life. He further elaborated the different types of robots starting from under water vehicles to MARS rover. He added the current research scenario of the robotics through various real world applications. He also explained how human robot interaction takes place. He ended the session saying the huge career opportunity this field can create and motivated the students to pursue their career further.
