Event Description

Three-day workshop on Arduino, “ARDUINO 1.0”For Engineering Students

Arduino is an interesting platform for electronic prototyping and an excellent resource for learning about robotics, sensors and some IoT (Internet of Things) applications. It is an open-source software and hardware. The idea behind Arduino was to create a circuit board that was easily programmable by non-experts.

It is well documented, relatively inexpensive and used by a large community. This means that you can understand how an Arduino works, duplicate it, modify it, adapt it and then integrate it into any kind of project without paying anyone to use the software.

It is so successful that today tens of thousands of artists, designers, engineers, researchers, teachers and even commercial organizations use it to carry out incredible projects.

So, with this view, Department of Electrical Engineering/Electronics Communication Engineering, organized a Three-day workshop on Arduino entitled, “ARDUINO 1.0” from 11-13 Feb, 2020 for the engineering students. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Ankur Rai,Assistant Professor, Electronics & Communication Engineering Department, Bareilly (U.P.), and India.
