Event Description

An industrial visit was organized to India TV, a news channel by the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication on 21st of Feb 2023. The visit was to enhance and instill practical experience in the students where they experience the practical workings of the organization. The students were introduced to the newsroom and TV studio equipped with chroma-keying and a virtual setup where live transmission of programs is done.

Subsequently, everybody was moved to the production control room and was briefly explained about the working of a video mixer, audio console, camera control panel, etc. The students learned about the working of an organization. It was a great experience for journalism students.
