Event Description
Invertis Institute of Pharmacy, Invertis University Bareilly organized White Coat Ceremony on Wednesday 6th April 2022. The ceremony was organized by the Head of the Department Mrs Surabhi Sharma and the convenor of the event was Mrs Maulshree B Deopa. In the ceremony, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Y.D.S. Arya and Dean Engineering Prof. R.K. Shukla were present to bestow their blessings on the students. On this auspicious occasion, our guest of honour Dr Maya Phulera Ex-Chief Medical Officer of Health Department ESI Medical Labour Services enlightened the students with the Role Of A Pharmacist as a keynote speaker. Vice-Chancellor Prof. YDS Arya motivated students and told them the importance of wearing white coats to uphold the nation in the healthcare sector and be a better human. Prof R.K. Shukla threw light on the profession of a Pharmacist and the ethics to be followed by pharmacists for public health and safety. All the B. Pharm 1st year and D. Pharm 1st year students were facilitated with the white coat as a token of honour and responsibility toward nation-building and took the oath of a pharmacist under the guidance of the Head of Department Mrs Surabhi Sharma. Various events were organised on this occasion like an award show to appreciate the nominated students and a First aid/poster competition which was judged by Dr Richa Saxena Assistant Professor Department Of Biotechnology.
On this auspicious occasion, Prof. Y.D.S. Arya, Prof R.K. Shukla, Mrs Surabhi Sharma, Ms Lipi Nogai, Ms Karishma Singh, Mrs Maulshree B Deopa, Mr Amit Gupta, Mr Deepak C. Joshi, Ms Manju Kohli, Mr Aditya Varsney and Mr Vishesh Maurya were present.
