INTERNATIONAL GUEST LECTURE
International Guest Lecture organized by Department of Pharmacy, Invertis University for our B.Pharm. 2nd, 3rd & 4th year students on 19 November, 2020. International Guest Lecture was conducting through zoom meeting on "Targeted Metabolomics : Emerging Application in Drug Discovery & Precision Medicine" by Dr. Yashpal Singh Chhonker. He is working as Research Assistant Professor in Department of Pharmacy Practice Sciences College of Pharmacy, University of Nebraska,Omaha United States. He highlighted on Metabolomics which is interdisciplinary field of science and combines analytical chemistry, platform technology, mass spectrometry, and NMR spectroscopy with sophisticated data analysis. Applied to biomarker discovery, it includes aspects of pathobiochemistry, systems medicine, and molecular diagnostics and requires bioinformatics and multivariate statistics. . Online guest lecture was awesome & successfully conducted. Department of Pharmacy highly thankful to Ms.Kanika Manral, Assistant Professor who was Coordinator of this international guest lecture and well coordinates the entire session.
