As it is our very first batch, our aim is to encourage all round development of the students. As an initiative we conducted a few exercises:
Site studies – “Traversing the City”
An exercise to encourage students of first year to explore their city, identify and study the historic buildings, commercial areas, to be able to trace the evolution of the city from past to present time. This exercise will generate a sense of belonging and pride in the students thus infusing sensitivity to mechanism of development of the urban fabric.
The exercise includes a number of seminars, workshops by experts form field of conservation, town planning, history, eminent practicing architects and conduct guided tours to various important areas / buildings of the city.

- Bareilly College campus
- Bareilly Fort
Workshop – “Perspective and study of light and shade in Architecture”
A three day workshop was conducted by Prof. Munish Chandra Saxena to explain the techniques of perspective drawing and study of sciography in built forms.
Our students have proved their laurels by winning recognition in various cultural and educational fests conducted by other colleges at district level.
The Architecture Yearbook:
We plan to prepare the year book is a comprehensive documentation of the teaching learning processes at the Faculty of Architecture. It is a compilation of the course material across all the batches in year 2011-2012. The book shall include the course outlines of teachers.
