Master of Science in Food Technology
Duration: Two year full time post graduate degree course
Food technology is a branch of science in which the food science is applied in manufacturing, processing and preservations of raw material and package food products. The objective of this course is to train the best talents of the nation in order to provide a support base for the country's food security. The syllabus is so framed as to enable the students to comprehend the whole gamut of the fast changing food science scenario of the world.
50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in Graduation from Life Sciences,Agriculture,Forensic Sciences,Home Science(Specialisation in Nutrition )or medical Graduates
